Basket for the Tea Party

How many eggs do YOU have in YOUR Basket?!?!
When I see baskets, from Easter to Decorative, I imagine all the fun items I can fill it with... flowers, eggs, toys.. wait! Maybe that's my kids, too!!

It's AMAZING that you can weave baskets with material, ribbons, twigs, papers and more!  With this fun Metal basket and our Tea for Two Designer Series Paper and Vanilla 5/8" Flower Trim... I can't WAIT to fill this basket up!
OK can you awwww with me, here?!?!
Weaving 1" and 1/2" strips of 12"x12" pretty, mixed pattern paper from the Tea for Two Designer Series Paper (Spring Mini) was a fun way to create a vintage basket.
Fill it up?
How about try to keep it for myself!!!!
With sooo many little girls in my home, this basket was a natural draw and has since housed princesses, balls, a few super hero's (until my son re-claimed them, lol)... but no matter WHAT I place inside (or they do) - it's a fun basket!
The Vanilla 5/8"Flower Trim is soooo lovely and with 2 yards per packet, I had a TON left over!!  A perfect feminine and Spring twist to this basket.
I LOVE that you can color the roses with our Ink Pads, Stampin' Write Markers or ReInkers... but leaving a rose on it's own, sometimes the clean white roses can stand out on their own!
Our Designer Series Paper is DOUBLE SIDED!!!!
So if you fill it up or not, the patterns inside are d
ifferent but oh so lovely!
It's Spring!
Our trees are blooming and our citrus is ready to eat!
What would YOU fill this basket with?!?!
YEAH!!!
Can you tell that THEY love it?!?!
(Me too, but how do Iiiiii keep it?!?!)
If YOU haven't tried out our Flower Ribbon Trim, stunning Vintage but Trendy Paper and Ribbon is ideal for this woven basket.  I LOVE having found this wire basket and having changed it up with our Paper and Ribbon!
(I can do this for ALL Seasons with the aide of our papers and ribbons!  AWESOME!!)
This would be the perfect center piece for a Tea Party, Dinner Table, Craft Table (where Iiiiii will have mine - lol), Easter Dinner.. it's limitless!

How would YOU Decorate this basket?!?!
Tie it up with our Lucky Limeade Ruffled Ribbon for an additional feminine twist of elegance for Spring.
Leave me a comment and let me know what YOU would do with this basket?!?!
With a blank canvas that is lovely, on it's own, it's fun to change up the feel with our papers, ribbons and accessories!

What Others are SAYING about Getting Crafty with Jamie

Jamie is so passionate and creative about making cards - and wants everyone else to join her in the fun! She is so encouraging and positive in her attitude, helping me along when I get frustrated - and then rejoicing with me at the finished product! I love going to her classes to get new ideas, learn techniques, and have loads of fun in the process. ~ Christine C.

Jamie has wicked awesome classes! If you don’t like a particular stamp or paper/ink color Jamie wants you to change it to suit your style! I did my sister-in-law’s entire bridal shower from invitations/thank you cards, party favors to decorations, it was quaint and whimsical! Everyone ooh’d and ahh’d! I’ve had lots of special requests for classes and Jamie delivers; she always has tasty treats and flavored coffees too ~Ashley W.

I have been attending Jamie's classes for over a year. Her ideas for cards are fresh and fun. She always tries to have several different styles of cards available, so everyone gets to make cards that fit their personal style. The techniques she shows each class can be used in many different applications. She is very patient teacher when instructing class members on how to use the Stampin Up products. ~ Carol D.

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by. She is a beautiful friend and she will become yours too. ~ Blessings, Karen:-)

Jamie has a great eye for style and flair, and it shows in her work. Yet she can pick up on your own individual style and makes great recommendations. I love that she is always flexible for last-minute decision maker mommies like me! So much fun to host craft events with your friends and family - that personal touch always means so much. ~ Adonna
