Ohhhh Pinwheels!!  They are fun, remind me of summer and my youth as well as trendy!  (Who knew!)  So creating a Pinwheel is a fun and easy 3D accent to any hand-stamped project.  With a simple square (here it is a 4" square of the Park Lane Designer Series Paper) I cut each corner in towards but not all the way to the middle.  Using the Fast Fuse Adhesive I adhered one corner of each 'v'.  This will allow the two patterns to appear and look adorable!!  Simply add the adhesive backed Rhinestone Jewels for a fun center accent.  (Who doesn't love a dash or bling??)
These new Gift Card holders are whimsical in their fun fold!  Simply tucking each rounded flap in becomes a similar feel to the pinwheel.  The crumb cake base is a neutral surface that is a perfect neutral for personalizing.  This simple and clean exterior opens to some additional fun!
Add some fun!  That's the Ticket and it's coordinating Ticket Duo Punch allows for a fun accent to this card.  Adding my business card to where a gift card will be allows me to build some fun around it.

Adhere the bottom of the two tickets that I stamped (Blackberry Bliss ink on Hello Honey card stock) it 'Admit's One' for a 'Happy Birthday'.  Adding these punched arrows from the new What's Up punch in the Park Lane is a fun way to accent the 'tickets'.
By adhering the bottoms of the arrows and tickets the Gift Card can easily be accented, tied into the card and be fun!  The flaps give a great place to write a sentiment to frame the gift card.
Belly Band it... that's what you call a band of this Park Lane Designer Series Paper in a 1" cut that wraps around the card/hand-stamped item.  Here the Fast Fuse Adhesive will hold the Belly Band together and then hold the Pinwheel on to cover the 'flap' on the band.
With a fun 3D accent you don't need to find an additional card or wrap - this is an all-in-one gift!
With so many aspects to this cute gift, you can deliver smiles and still be satisfied in 'wrapping' a gift card!

If you are like me, you like to wrap your gifts.  In the era of money/gift cards you feel stifled!  (I like to use fancy tissue papers, gift wrap and bags to make a gift extra-special.)  This fun and quick Gift Card Enclosure is simple, clean and has a dash of BLING!  So grab and create some fun gift-card wrapping with this 10 pack is ideal as you, like me, probably gift cards and money more than gifts.. sigh.  I love how fun, easy, and all-in-one this gift is, don't you?

What Others are SAYING about Getting Crafty with Jamie

Jamie is so passionate and creative about making cards - and wants everyone else to join her in the fun! She is so encouraging and positive in her attitude, helping me along when I get frustrated - and then rejoicing with me at the finished product! I love going to her classes to get new ideas, learn techniques, and have loads of fun in the process. ~ Christine C.

Jamie has wicked awesome classes! If you don’t like a particular stamp or paper/ink color Jamie wants you to change it to suit your style! I did my sister-in-law’s entire bridal shower from invitations/thank you cards, party favors to decorations, it was quaint and whimsical! Everyone ooh’d and ahh’d! I’ve had lots of special requests for classes and Jamie delivers; she always has tasty treats and flavored coffees too ~Ashley W.

I have been attending Jamie's classes for over a year. Her ideas for cards are fresh and fun. She always tries to have several different styles of cards available, so everyone gets to make cards that fit their personal style. The techniques she shows each class can be used in many different applications. She is very patient teacher when instructing class members on how to use the Stampin Up products. ~ Carol D.

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by. She is a beautiful friend and she will become yours too. ~ Blessings, Karen:-)

Jamie has a great eye for style and flair, and it shows in her work. Yet she can pick up on your own individual style and makes great recommendations. I love that she is always flexible for last-minute decision maker mommies like me! So much fun to host craft events with your friends and family - that personal touch always means so much. ~ Adonna
