12 Sparkling Years, mermaid birthday card

12 years ago, today, our world sparkled quite a bit more... as my beautiful daughter was born.  She is my fun-loving, adventure seeking, big and little sister, my helper and first born daughter.  Created for my angel girls, this sparkling birthday card is so much fun.

My little mermaid of a daughter... this fun card was so easy to create as well!
~  Using the Large Numbers thinlit dies and Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine.. the new Myths & Magic Glimmer Paper has this beautiful colorful glimmer paper for great sparkling numbers!
~  Fussy Cut... this is a fun term for using our AMAZING Paper Snips to cut out this Sparkling Mermaid from the Myths & Magic Specialty Designer Series Paper.  (Each sheet is packed with beautiful designs on each side with one side having great sparkle!!)
~  Stamp this fun Magical saying (from the Magical Day stamp set) in Lemon Lime Twist on the Thick Whisper White card stock.
~  Apply the sparkling bubble pretty paper (from the Myths & Magic collection) with Fast Fuse adhesive.
~  Add the sparkling numbers and shimmering mermaid with our Stampin' Dimensional adhesive.

This is my little angel.  My partner in crime, my sassy, fun, fancy, pre-teen.  She just takes my breath away... a beautiful firey girl.

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by.
