Three Hearts to each Balloon.

~ Punch and fold in Half each of the balloons.

~ Adhesive together with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.

~ Add Linen Thread and adhere to the Chicken Wire paper.

~ Fussy Cut the scene and farm/silo to create a coordinating aspect.
