I would LOVE to say that, like magic, everything I touch turns to gold... bahahha but that is soooo NOT true!! This Magic Card though, THIS CARD is touched a little.. by that Midas touch. I LOVE it! Some days can LITERALLY look like this! Like an empty pitcher on a blank canvas.. two lemon slices at the bottom of empty.
BUT if we LOOK for the beauty that surrounds us... our cup (or pretty pitcher!) is FULL of blessings!
How to create this card...
~ Create a POCKET with a Basic White card stock (not thick)
Cut at 8-1/2"x5-1/2"
Scored at the 1/2" mark along the 8-1/2" side and at 2-1/8" on each side.
~ Die Cut the CENTER with the Deckled Rectangle Frame and the edge with the Stylish Shapes die.
~ Using the Paper Trimmer to cut, from the Fresh as a Daisy Designer Series Paper, this beautiful scene and trim down to 4"x5".
~ Using a pencil (see the one above that I LOVE!!) to mark the LINE of the window (see my video).
~ Stamp the images with Stazon Jet Black Ink on the scene and on the Window Sheet.
~ Window Sheet at 4"x5" adhered to the inside of the window with our Tear Tape. (See My TIPS on Using our Window Sheets!!)
~ Stamp the tea and greeting in Copper Clay ink on the scene.
~ Stamp the lemons on the 4"x5" Basic White cardstock.
~ See how I built this 'pocket' .
~ Add the Boho Blue Die Cut Stylish Shape circle to the end.
~ Apply the Adhesive Backed Solid Gems with the Take Your Pick Tool on the window and tab for this lemon in the tea look!!
Shhhh.. this card has had my HUSBAND trying to figure it out!!
He had me STOP what I am doing, grabbing said card and asking me how it works!! I count THAT as a WINNER!!
