Cool Treat

Sweet and Tasty... every birthday should be sweet and dripping with love.  Celebrate with style in this vintage ice-cream cone card and Wish Big!

The Venetian Romance Designer Series Paper (#130144) inspired this creamy dream... Using the Cupcake Builder Punch (#121807) on this Crisp Cantalope swirled paper for a sweet topper.
 
The Petite Pennants Builder Punch (#122361) allows me to stamp this cool cone and punch it easily!
Create a wet, melted ice-cream look.  It's fun and easy with our Crystal Effects (#101055) adhesive.  Here I've placed the 'dripping cone look' with this glossy (that dries 3D) lacquered look. 
Small wishes to Wish Big... lol.  A cute greeting from this stamp set that fits in the Petite Curly Label punch (#129405).
Coordinating products really allow my projects to look so well pulled together.  Here the Crumb Cake 3/8" Taffeta Ribbon (#122966) ties to the Venetian Romance paper for the perfect accent.

Add smugges (l0l - just like my fingers do after eating ice-cream) and add to the Vintage Distressed Feel with the Crumb Cake ink (#126975) and our Stamping Sponges (#101610).  This easy addition softens and ages a project so easily!
It doesn't take much for me to want a scoop of ice-cream... I adore waffle cones, too!  Our favorite place to visit on Catalina Island is Big Olaf ice-cream parlor.  They make these tasty cones in the window, the old fashioned way!

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by. Jamie has a great eye for style and flair, and it shows in her work. Yet she can pick up on your own individual style and makes great recommendations.
