EEEEEEK!!!!  I Love this new Fry-Box Die!!  I can't wait to use it for gifts to decorating for a BBQ!

Here with Real Red card stock (8-1/2"x11" cut in half) I can get two fry boxes out of each page!!  Simply run the 1/2 through the Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine and with this new die - this comes out quickly and easily!

When using a die to create a 3D item, the strongest of adhesives are needed.  Here the new Fast Fuse adhesive is super strong and applies very quickly.  The KEY to getting it to stop gluing is to remove it with a motion of your wrist like you are making a 'Check' Mark - this will break the adhesive.  I LOVE how it is strong and yet easy for me to use (less dangerous than hot glue - lol).

Stamping this adorable label that I used the Crushed Curry Stampin' Write Marker (from the Regals Stampin' Write Marker collection) to color.  Adding the Real Red Stampin' Write Marker (from the Brights Stampin' Write Marker collection) for a bold look.  Here these two colors are paired together thanks to my Color Coach (and hero - lol).  Simply cut the image out with our super precision Paper Snips.  With the lid on these snips, I keep a pair in my purse and find that they have helped open boxes, cut ribbons and even gum out of hair!!  These are a must have for any crafter (or mom of crazy kids - lol).  Pop this sentiment on the box using the Stampin' Dimensional adhesive for a strong and cute label!
Create these super duper sweet 2" cards with the Whisper White card stock.  With one sheet of the 12" paper you waste no paper and create 18 cards!!

Using the Real Red Stampin' Write Marker and the Crushed Curry Stampin' Write Marker I colored these two little guys easily.  I love the look and yes, I was making this when on the phone with my best friend.  Kate and I are big fans of burgers and fries - how funny and cute that this set fits us so well, lol.
~ Here is a handy-dandy tip!! ~
When you have a stamp that is not stamping 'clean' but has splotches of missing ink.. use a rubber eraser and rub the stamp!  This will prime the surface.  I find I need this more on stamps that are a solid image.

See how splotchy the first card is (I covered the splotch with this punched sentiment).  Simply priming the surface of the stamp allows me to have a true stamped image that is clean and solid!

Creating these 2" cards was fun.  Stamping the sentiment 'for you' that I colored with the Real Red Stampin' Write Marker and stamped on the Crushed Curry Designer Series Paper (from the Regals Designer Series Paper Stack) they pop with the aide of our Stampin' Dimesionals!

Pop these cards inside of our 4"x6" Cellophane bag and tie with the Real Red taffeta ribbon for a color coordinated look.  I love how all of our products tie in together to make me look good!!

What Others are SAYING about Getting Crafty with Jamie

Jamie is so passionate and creative about making cards - and wants everyone else to join her in the fun! She is so encouraging and positive in her attitude, helping me along when I get frustrated - and then rejoicing with me at the finished product! I love going to her classes to get new ideas, learn techniques, and have loads of fun in the process. ~ Christine C.

Jamie has wicked awesome classes! If you don’t like a particular stamp or paper/ink color Jamie wants you to change it to suit your style! I did my sister-in-law’s entire bridal shower from invitations/thank you cards, party favors to decorations, it was quaint and whimsical! Everyone ooh’d and ahh’d! I’ve had lots of special requests for classes and Jamie delivers; she always has tasty treats and flavored coffees too ~Ashley W.

I have been attending Jamie's classes for over a year. Her ideas for cards are fresh and fun. She always tries to have several different styles of cards available, so everyone gets to make cards that fit their personal style. The techniques she shows each class can be used in many different applications. She is very patient teacher when instructing class members on how to use the Stampin Up products. ~ Carol D.

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by. She is a beautiful friend and she will become yours too. ~ Blessings, Karen:-)

Jamie has a great eye for style and flair, and it shows in her work. Yet she can pick up on your own individual style and makes great recommendations. I love that she is always flexible for last-minute decision maker mommies like me! So much fun to host craft events with your friends and family - that personal touch always means so much. ~ Adonna
