World View

My parents weren't much on travel.. not that we could afford much... but my grandparents worked hard and traveled the world... their travel bug was passed on to me!  I love to travel, and this new World Map (#130345) background stamp is a MUST for those who dream of or love traveling... or those who love the looks of vintage maps... (that's me, too!).

With a Whisper White card stock (#100730) this is a clean slate for this blue card.  My Color Coach (#130118) is a MUST for crafting!  Here it Pairs Marina Mist (#126962 ink) with Night of Navy (#126970 ink).  I did a Variegated background for this.  Inking this stamp with Marina Mist and then adding Night of Navy around the edges allows for this multi-tonal blue map. 
Here the Multi tonal Blues really blend and lend towards an elegant look.  Inking this stamp and applying this 2" strip of Marina Mist to the middle - it allows for an easy placement of this map piece.  Sassy Salutations (#126707) is bold and strong - much like the men in our lives... Inked in Night of Navy allows for it to coordinate and pop at the same time.  What a fun way to Rock N Roll - the name for this technique, lol.
Clean, Elegant, Monochromatic and Classic.. this card is all Manly Man.  Elegant, Clean, and Vintage.. fun to create and oh so easily done for a great celebrations.  Created in just a couple of minutes... it's going to celebrate a lasting wish!

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by. Jamie has a great eye for style and flair, and it shows in her work. Yet she can pick up on your own individual style and makes great recommendations.
