Vintage Roses handmade card

I love vintage roses.  I also adore blue.  Creating this fun handmade card was perfect for a fun Monotone challenge I was participating in.  Here with the new Blueberry Bushel in-color.  See how this fun handmade card comes together with Stamping Off.

Created for a fun Card Club Monotone Challenge.. I love how easy this Hostess Exclusive stamp set, Very Vintage, creates an easy but beautiful handmade card.
~  Ink and stamp the lace image three times across a Whisper White card stock (4" x 5-1/4").  
Technique:  This is called Stamping Off as you create a variety of shades.
~  Die-Cut a Whisper White Oval and a Blueberry Bushel framed look with our Layering Ovals framelits on the Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine and Magnetic Platform.
~  Stamp the Vintage Rose on the white oval.
~  Add sparkle and blend the color softly using our Wink of Stella glimmer pen in the roses.
~  Assemble with a 4-1/4" x 2" strip of Blueberry Bushel card stock, the ovals with Dimensional adhesive and done!
Who knew that I'd love a monotone hand stamped card so much?!?  I love the color, ease and elegance of this KISS (Keep It Simple Stamper) handmade card.

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by. Jamie has a great eye for style and flair, and it shows in her work. Yet she can pick up on your own individual style and makes great recommendations.
