It’s a season.
God has this and you.
God will bless big!
Walk in faith.
This is hard.
Where is God in this?
Oh! There God is!
This is yucky!
I need a break.
Soooo conversations I’m having on the regular with myself and others. Sometimes the words are guttural, sometimes they are comforting, sometimes they are hard to believe or hear. I don’t doubt God (or I try not to) and really this is not the hardest season I’ve been in (like at all!). I’m heavily leaning on prayer, family and friends to breathe though this season. It’s been a LONG season - like really really long. I will take it - all - to become better, to learn what God wants me to (why He just doesn’t send me a text on what that lesson is so I make sure I learn it - idk lol).
We are receiving offers on our home . It’s becoming messy and we need to make some decisions - all that have ripple effects.
I miss crafting for fun
and as soon as we can stop the daily showings (3-5 a day) I can spread out a bit. I miss calls with family and friends. I’m chomping at the bit to be moving towards our next stage but HIS timing is key
.
So... just some honesty here. Life is messy. This season is challenging. I’m walking in faith and prayers daily. Rocking the worship music
(with my four kids and two dogs in my car while waiting out showings). I love my clean house
and also miss being free to be a little messy. It’s this weird thing - this clean house with my messy feelings
.
I grabbed this @love.in.faith shirt
today. I needed some inspiration and reminders. I’m not whining (I’m even shaking my head at my fussing.). God has this - in His timing. He knows our needs and desires and will bless abundantly (even if it looks different than what I think it should).
My lessons as I modify this to be my daily prayer:
“Maybe the same thing he tried to teach Moses:
Don't wander off in the wilderness without Him.
Don't step out in front of Him.
Don't keep going where He is not leading.
Be willing to wait in the hot and dusty desert, without grumbling, until He has prepared the promised land for you.
Remember it is His plan and His timing. He does not need your help.”
