Thank You in Cherry Cobbler

I do so love this new Stamp set and the Framelits! This set "From My Heart" is fun, elegant and vintage! The Label Framelits really do sooo much, effortlessly and looks soooo cool!

Here I used our Cherry Cobbler cardstock and cut long ways at the top of the 8 1/2x11" paper. I like to long feel to this card. I then embossed, with our big shot and the heart Adoring Accents Folder, lil hearts along the bottom of the card. I embossed with black powder this Thank You from the bottom of my heart sentiment on Very Vanilla cardstock.

Using our Labels Collection Framelits the sentiment is framed so well! I layered the cotton in two ways on these cards. I had it either hang over the edges (having frayed both sets) or wrinkled under the sentiment. Using either the SNAIL or Sticky Strip adhesives I held down the frayed material.

I colored in the heart with our Stampin Write maker in Cherry Cobbler. I layered this with the Stampin Dimensionals to make it layer and have more depth. You can see that I prefer the adhesive pearl but used both to show how they look at the bottom of the sentiment.

This is a fun, flirty and easy card. I think it has a lil Rock Star look to it and it's so simple and clean! The material is a great way to mix mediums and make it feel feminine and a lil vintage. I hope you enjoy!

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by.
