With a fun technique, Rock N Roll, I stamped this peacock in Pool Party ink and then rolled the edges in Pacific Point blue. Alllllways stamp in a lighter color then roll into a darker... This will prevent the colors from changing as the dark will absorb the light but would alter the stamp pad if I did it the other way. (I have a video tutorial that I did and I did a card upload with a flower stamp, earlier in June, that did this technique with Pretty In Pink and Razzelberry inks.)
The colors from this card was pulled from the International Bazaar Designer Series Paper (pgs 162+ in our Idea Book). I then used the Razzelberry ink to stamp the sentiment on the Pool Party paper. With our amazing Apothecary Accents Framelits and Big Shot I the punched it out with ease! Using my Stampin Dimensionals I adhered the ruffled Pool Part ribbon down then used more to adhere the sentiment. I used our Scallop Edge Border punch I edged the International Bazaar paper. I'm not sure but the paper seems to have leaves where I used it like they were feathers... I'm just cool like that (lol).
A lil dash of glitter with our glitter glue and it is a fun, bright and sassy Peacock card that will brighten anyone's day! I hope you enjoy!

Stamp the Solid Image in lighter color - here I used Pool Party ink
Stamping an image that can be cut out with punches or our Big Shot is a great way to look sharp!
Rock the Edges in a darker color to get a verigated look... I love doing this Rock n Roll technique!
Roll the edges of a lighter inked image into a darker ink... it self verigates and looks gteat! Make a BIG Impression with this simple technique!
BAM! Stunning, Lovely and Easy... Nothin' Better!!!
