Lacy Thank You's

My dear and wonderful BFF lives in another state... and Thank the Heavens for technology... we are blessed to talk often, text even more and laugh together often!  I'm never alone, she's always a call away.
 
My pink loving, tall, funny, sister that I picked also loves to support my endeavors!  So when she placed an order, I couldn't resist creating an ultra-feminine, lacy Thank You (thanks to the LNS Lacy Challenge, this card is uber cute!).
What do you get when you mix Calypso Coral card stock (#122925), ink (#126983), Very Vanilla card stock (#101650), Etcetera (#130129) Designer Series Paper?  A lacy wonder that is sure to bring some cheer!!
The Simply Scored Stylus (#125624) is a great tool when creating a Paper Doily Sizzlits L (#125592).  This layered over our Etcetera Lacy Calypso Coral page is buttoned up with this white laced Antique Brad (#117273).
Background Builders (#129150) stamp set provides multiple layers of pretty accents. My (beloved) Color Coach pairs Blushing Bride (#131172) ink (as the beautiful background) and Calypso Coral (#126983) inked Perfectly Penned (#122892) Thank You.  This subtle layering really adds to the feminine factor on this card.
 
Rough it up!  She's tougher than she looks (often a description for women I know).  Our Stampin' Distress Tool (#127562) distresses the edge of this sentiment and shows that even roughed up, she's lovely.

My dearest Best Friend is sure to be Wow'd with this card... it's how she rolls!  Lace and Pink... she's like a vintage 80's movie, sure to bring me joy and a smile to my face!
 
How do you do lace?
What fun it is to use colors that aren't necessarily my go-to's and see such a lovely card come to life.  Having a BFF is brain saving, sharing the fears of a mom, laughing at the antics of our kids, hubbies, pets... life.  Thank you, all you Bff's in this world.. you make it bearable!

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by. Jamie has a great eye for style and flair, and it shows in her work. Yet she can pick up on your own individual style and makes great recommendations.
