Memories... when I am about I'm always snapping a photo. It started when I was a kid with my red 10mm camera to these days I'm snapping away with my Iphone. These days, instead of pictures of just my friends I'm snapping away at my kids! As our baby girl turned 3 this past month I couldn't resist pulling together and documenting our memories of this important day (as you know, time with the kids will just fly by, sigh).
Please join me (and I hope you enjoy) this Memory Celebrating Monday, leave me a comment and let me know what you think! With Project Life and it's partnering up with Stampin' Up! it is easier than ever to complete and celebrate our memories.

The Everyday Life Cards are a great way to have fun as you document and celebrate your memories! Our children have unusual and traditional names. Here creating a page for our Arabella was easy and cool using the Everyday Adventure Accessory Pack. These adhesive backed die-cut letters are thin. Using the tip of my Paper Snips, wiggle under the adhesive to thread out the letters. The Paper Snips have a fine and sharp tip that helps to not rip the letter and easily apply it to the Every Day Adventure card.
This graph pattern makes it easy to line up and properly space the letters for a clean look. I love the clean look to these cards and their fun accents (like these arrows).
The Every Day Adventure Accessory pack comes with these cool wood accents. Here the flag perfectly frames the 3. Apply the Wood Flag with the aid of our liquid laquer and super strong adhesive (that dries clear), Crystal Effects.
This clear Melon Mambo heart is also a fun accessory and the Crystal Effects made it quickly stick while adding a pop of color to the card.
It's wonderful being a mom to my 6 kids. Here the cards are perfectly cut to fit the pockets.
Sometimes the pictures are NOT! So when a picture isn't perfect in size, I made my own card. Using my Stampin' Trimmer to cut the Basic Grey card stock and Melon Mambo card stock to fit and frame the pictures that don't fit on their own is a cool way to tie in the color profile and look coordinated. I LOVE, that the papers, inks and accessories area all color coordinated for a no-guess, look-good page!
Num, Num... a family tradition in the Albanese home is the introduction of chocolate and nuts on your 3rd birthday. A staple in our Italian (and German/Scottish) home is Nutella. My Italian husband grew up with it. This chocolate hazelnut spread is delicious! Add some Peanut Butter (my staple as a kid) and put the two together with our Gluten Free Waffles (yummm) you have a sweet start to your birthday!!
Accent this page and family tradition with our NEW Stamp!! I love this new Num Num stamp set in the NEW Catalog (email me your name and number to get YOUR New Catalog - NOW). Stamp the Num Num and coordinate the page with the Melon Mambo ink pad. I wish it was ALWAYS this easy to look this good (lol).
I am one who is big on fun, adventure and rides... so seeing my baby girl not dig the giant mouse (yeah, I get that too - lol) yet love the rides... it was a blast to hear her laughter and see her smiles!!
The Chocolate fest continues... she picked this Chocolate and Cherry Cake out and did a great job!

As a mom I can't get over a few things... how fast time flies, how many pictures I take on a regular basis and how many photos sit about not making it into any books (either they are posted on Facebook or sit on my computers and iPhone... sigh). Embracing and Celebrating life, as it is flying by at 100mph is easier than ever with the New Project Life pocket scrapbooking system. I am in love, knowing I'm leaving behind a legacy of memories that they can cherish as they grow up. JOIN ME in doing the same with our Memory Celebrating Monday and upcoming Project Life class!!
