This is the first year that I've had ALL of my Kids in school!  Weird.. I was in a daze after dropping my youngest at Preschool.  Now I'm quick to fill the time with out kids - lol... for adult mental breaks!
These cards make for great pages.  With coordinating cardstock stickers, cook epoxy badges and washi tape.. it makes for an easy but WOW look.  Using the Washi Tape along the bottom of the two pages helps to note the special connection between the two.
My big girl loved seeing her with her new favorite teacher.  I love seeing them reflect on our lives and how we change and grow.
Ohhhh my youngest... she adores looking through the family memory book!  It's fun to see her when she spots herself.
Isn't she a hoot? lol.. Time is just flying and she's my youngest.  I know that capturing these moments are key as they will be gone and sooner than I can imagine.
Using the Alphabet Rotary Stamp to create a custom stamp is easy and fun!  This highlights the school and school year - easy and coordinated!!  No thinking or struggling to achieve a page/spread like this... that is IDEAL as my brain is often fried from the kids and distractions of life - lol.

Adding the cardstock stickers and Epoxy Stickers to the outside of the pockets gives the look of a 'flag' saying '1st Day of School to accenting the pictures for a coordinated look.  Memory Celebrating Monday gives me a fun way to tackle my pages and highlight this system I love so much!!
The striped Epoxy (gel feeling) sticker fits the exact size of her 'wheel' and makes for a fun accent to our youngest on her first day of Preschool.  I adore how Project Life and Stampin' Up! partnered to give us a top quality, stylish and easy system to document our life and leave a legacy of love that my kids can reflect on.
The Washi Tape comes with the Seasonal Snapshot Accessory Pack.  I love the look of it across the bottom of the pages and the two pictures of the kids with their teachers on the first morning of school.

I know that the kids were excited to be back at school and with their friends (me, too!!).  They love their teachers and I love that they are flourishing.  As my son is culminating from Elementary into Jr. High, I know that this season is fast and fleeting.  Cherishing it NOW is a great way to celebrate our life.  Save money and celebrate your life when you use the Project Life by Stampin' Up! to document your life.

Create Memory Celebrating Pages quickly - unlike traditional scrapbooking, these pages come together in MINUTES!  Easy, Low Cost while Coordinated!  I use both traditional pages and the Project Life pages but with the easy and style of the Project Life by Stampin' Up! pages I do a majority of my pages in this format - and I LOVE IT!!  I love, too, how my family enjoys seeing those photos come off of my iPhone and get into an actual book that they can see and share.

What Others are SAYING about Getting Crafty with Jamie

Jamie is so passionate and creative about making cards - and wants everyone else to join her in the fun! She is so encouraging and positive in her attitude, helping me along when I get frustrated - and then rejoicing with me at the finished product! I love going to her classes to get new ideas, learn techniques, and have loads of fun in the process. ~ Christine C.

Jamie has wicked awesome classes! If you don’t like a particular stamp or paper/ink color Jamie wants you to change it to suit your style! I did my sister-in-law’s entire bridal shower from invitations/thank you cards, party favors to decorations, it was quaint and whimsical! Everyone ooh’d and ahh’d! I’ve had lots of special requests for classes and Jamie delivers; she always has tasty treats and flavored coffees too ~Ashley W.

I have been attending Jamie's classes for over a year. Her ideas for cards are fresh and fun. She always tries to have several different styles of cards available, so everyone gets to make cards that fit their personal style. The techniques she shows each class can be used in many different applications. She is very patient teacher when instructing class members on how to use the Stampin Up products. ~ Carol D.

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by. She is a beautiful friend and she will become yours too. ~ Blessings, Karen:-)

Jamie has a great eye for style and flair, and it shows in her work. Yet she can pick up on your own individual style and makes great recommendations. I love that she is always flexible for last-minute decision maker mommies like me! So much fun to host craft events with your friends and family - that personal touch always means so much. ~ Adonna
