I love using an item in a new way and finding a way to save scraps and transform them into something new. This hand-crafted card does all of that and comes together to show some pretty love. Here taking the Spring Flowers embossing folder and creating a colored debossed image. Using the scraps from this card to create a new stamped and die-cut image. No waste and amazing results! Join Me in creating some hand-stamped love that will bless others; a hand-crafted card is a small measure of love that blesses in a big way.

I love the Hello You thinlits dies!! They are designed to make a ton of sentiments when paired with the Crazy About You stamp set (see the bundle to save 15% on the two!). When we created this Love card I had the ladies in my class die-cut the 'you' from a strip of 2-1/2" Very Vanilla card stock. They cut in-between each 'you' and popped the 'trash' into a basket I had on our Big Shot table. I couldn't let this 'you' go to waste! Here, stamping the 'Love' on the die-cut 'you' it won't go to waste and becomes a cool accent to this debossed card!
See the Video below on creating a colorful embossed image - this is the same premise but using the other side (the raised side). Brayer the Rich Razzleberry ink on the raised flowers of the Spring Flowers Embossing Folder (from the Occasions Mini).
The secret to a true colored debossed image - use the Premium Crease Pad as the 'bottom' plate! This is a little thicker to roll through the Big Shot but the Premium Crease Pad has more cushion and will give the ink more contact as it is embossed/debossed. (see the difference in the top Right image above - one with the most color uses the Premium Crease Pad, the other just standard cutting pads).

Take this discarded die cut sentiment and stamp the 'Love' on it. Using Stampin' Dimensional adhesive to raise it above the debossed flower sheet. Use the Glue Dots to adhere the cut outs from the 'y' and 'o'. How CUTE is that - so easy, too! I love the lack of waste and effort in this.

Deliver some love with this cute hand-crafted card. What a wonderful way to prevent waste of supplies or efforts in using the 'scraps' of a die-cut to create something new and cool! With the cool, vintage and quilted look of this colorful debossed image - it's a fun way to get a new use from your embossing folder. Join Me in sending some love to others and see how it will bless and encourage!
