A note a day...

This was a fun gift for an amazing teacher.  I know, it's a little late but with the end of school year and I was recovering after then life became my kids home all day - lol.  When our son was blessed with a kind, strong, funny, caring and hard working 5th grade teacher, we were beyond excited!  So as the year wrapped up, I was grateful for the memories and laughter she gave us over the last year of my son's elementary education.

Words leave a legacy of love... so I gathered the kids in my son's class to write notes in honor of their memories for their beloved teacher.  We had three cards with a 'rubber duck' on each.  (Rubber Duck's have a special meaning to our teacher and it's what she collects.)

I love the teacher's at our Magnet School!  We have a great staff.  My son made a point to seek out and thank his teachers from Kindergarten to present for the love, care and education that they poured into him.  So join me in creating and leaving a legacy of love.. words are forever and can bless.  Show those in your life LOVE (from teachers to friends and family) when you deliver a thoughtful and priceless gift like this!

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by.
