I love our Shelby and Shawn. When two sweet young friends are joining their lives in matrimony, I had to join the celebration with a hand made gift for their kitchen! Our dear Shelby is a baker at Ragamuffin Coffee Roasters (an all gluten-free bakery) and a life long friend. Shawn is our Youth Pastor. Created at our recent Creative Connections Class for the Gettin' Crafty Stampin' Family, we have fun and create while decorating our home and lives!

Using a 12" x 12" Shadow Box Frame, we added depth and interest to our creations. This was the one that Shana made (isn't it fab!?!)
~ Start with the Cupcakes & Carousel Designer Series Paper in 3" pieces.
~ Stamp your images from the Perfect Mix stamp set in Black Archival ink. Stamp the image, again, on Very Vanilla card stock.
~ Frame with 3-1/2" pieces of card stock that coordinates.
~ Water Color Pencil in the stamped images on the Very Vanilla card stock.
~ Blend with the Blender Pens and Highlight with the Clear Wink of Stella glitter brush.
~ Fussy cut the Very Vanilla images out with the Paper Snips and layer over the stamped Designer Series Paper with Stampin' Dimensional Adhesives.
~Layer over a piece of 12" x 12" card stock (we have Basic Black and Whisper White in stock - here I used our stock-piled colorful versions).
~ Frame and WOW as a gift or when friends and family see it in your kitchen.

I used a Delightful Daffodil card stock and Early Espresso card stock for my images to coordinate with my yellow walls. Shelby is a white and soft blue or yellow girl.. so I made this for my dear friend to celebrate all that she does for others (including us).
