Succulents, a wonderful plant that is so popular here in our desert area of California (all of California is really a desert, lol). Being drought tolerant is one thing, being able to kill them is a me thing! I can kill most plants, even succulents, while surprisingly Orchids and Roses I do well with (who knew!). So when Stampin' Up! released their Succulent collection in the Oh So Succulent Bundle*, I knew I could create stunning hand-made succulents that even I couldn't kill! Created at a recent crafting class, these were a HIT!

I love this sweet little plant that is extra special as it was (a) hand crafted and (b) no-care!
~ Die Cut each flower on your Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine (I recommend using a Magnetic Platform for these). The great thing is the dies for each flower can be die-cut in one fell swoop!
~ The Oh So Succulent BUNDLE* is a great way to SAVE 10% on coordinating products!! These Succulents Dies* and Bundle* are RETIRING* - So grab yours NOW before they RETIRE! They are selling out NOW - so don't miss your own collection.
~ Sponge the edges of each die-cut flower with your Stamping Sponges and inks.
TOOL TIP: I love the look of the Old Olive ink and card stock, the Sweet Sugarplum with the Rich Razzleberry ink, the Mint Macaron* card stock with the Sweet Sugarplum, Rich Razzleberry or Old Olive inks and any of the inks and matching card stock. Succulents come in a vast array of color, happy dance!
~ Assemble with Stampin' Dimensional adhesive for depth on each flower.
~ Fringe Cut the edges of Crumb Cake card stock with the Fringe Scissors* for a fun base.
~ Cover a balled up piece of paper and place in a cute bucket of planer (I scored mine in the Dollar Bin of my local store). Add a 'ground cover' with this fringed paper.
~ Apply the succulents to them with dimensional adhesive.
