Deck the Halls with Wreaths and Sparkle hand made card tutorial

'Tis the season.. well Ok so it mayyyy be a little early for Christmas but maybe not!  Start now and create before the holidays are upon us!  This spectacular collection of Christmas images is FREE (for a limited time) to those who grab the Starter Kit (and bonus FREE Essentials Kit).  From our recent Gettin' Crafty Stampin' Family LIVE on Mondays, we had fun creating this sparkling Deck the Halls hand made card.  This bit reminds me of fun cards we receive during the Christmas season.

To say that I love our background stamps is an understatement.  They are larger than a card front - making it easy to capture some or all of the images.  Add some sparkle and this fun wreath to create a garland.
~  With a 3-3/4" x 5" piece of Whisper White card stock ink and stamp this Post Script background stamp in Real Red ink and apply to the card stock.
~  Layer over the a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Garden Green card stock with SNAIL adhesive.
~  Layer over the front of a Real Red card with SNAIL adhesive.
~  Apply a 4" x 3" piece of Red Glimmer Paper over this with Stampin' Dimensional adhesive.
~  Stamp the Deck the Halls from the Carols of Christmas stamp set in Real Red ink on Whisper White and adhere over the Red Glimmer Paper with Stampin' Dimensional adhesive.
~  Unwind the Boxwood Wreath Embellishment and adhere it to the back of the sentiment with Glue Dots for a framed out garland.

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone.
