Just a little note handmade card

Today was a rough day... some days are just like that.  When I needed a little cheer some friends did just that. Connecting with so many crafting friends on my Facebook.com/GettingCrafty.net LIVE - we created this fun, colorful handmade card.  Thanks to our Stampin' Blends alcohol markers creating with depth is easy and fun.

 Create white with grey, in a cheery way.
~  Stamp this cute pelican, from the Postcard Pals stamp set, in Memento tuxedo black ink on a 3" square Whisper White card stock.
~  With our Stampin' Blends combos in Daffodil Delight, Bermuda Bay and Smoky Slate, color and accent these two fun friends (see this Facebook LIVE Video for how I did that).
~  Create a background and highlight around the sweet pair with the Daffodil Delight and Smokey Slate Stampin' Blends combos.
~  Add 'wet' sparkle with our Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to the fish, water, goggles, etc.
~  Layer over a Basic Black 3-1/4" card stock with Stampin' Dimensionals.

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by. Jamie has a great eye for style and flair, and it shows in her work. Yet she can pick up on your own individual style and makes great recommendations.
