Create a Spring Loaded Colorful Stampin' UP! Card Making quick and easy handmade card in this Video Tutorial.

Coloring is a FABULOUS way for me to center my thoughts. Using our Stampin' Blends makers allows me to build and build color that LOOKS like I actually drew and/or painted the image.
USUALLY I stamp with our Memento Black Ink Pad but this time I stamped with the Just Jade ink pad TWICE (stamping ONCE, flipping the paper and Stamping OFF a second time without reinking for a light stamped image).
Using the Stampin' Blends (alcohol markers) as you LAYER and LAYER colors. The COMBO of the two coordinating colors can be expanded with MULTIPLE Colors - like these sweet critters are. Starting with the darker of a combo, I add the light and then blend in other shades of similar colors. The MORE you do - the more it blends together for a dynamic look.
Add a WINK!
Our Wink of Stella glimmer brush is a liquid sparkle.
I find that the added sparkle - NOT COVERING Everything but rather dashes and accents that highlights the varying colors is a great way to add depth and interest.
Layering over this STUNNING Expressions in Ink Designer Series Paper is a non-traditional way to create this scene. I love the flashes of gold and coordinating colors (one of the reasons I ADORE the coordination of Stampin' Up! products!!).
I love thoughtless crafting - it all comes together easily and stylishly!!
Creating an interactive card is a FUN way to add to the joy and beauty of a hand stamped hug - like this card. These Springs are sooo easy to use and I STOCK PILE them lol!
