Bold Backgrounds Sunshine Stampin’ Up! handmade card

I am IN-LOVE with this hand stamped card!!  Created on our recent LIVES we had SUCH a blast with this Background Technique on this STUNNING New Perfectly Penciled Designer Series Paper. This BRIGHT Card comes together so easily when you embrace the coordinated look of the color collections.  Here the BRIGHTS collection delivers a vibrant and perfect for Summer handmade card.  

The Perfectly Penciled Designer Series Paper is a phenomenal combination with the Rays of Light background stamp.  See the VIDEO Tutorial on some tips and tricks on using the background stamps.  This reminds me of the retro-floral-cool with the vintage swimsuits - what do YOU think?!
How to Create This:
~  This Perfectly Penciled Paper at 3-3/4"x5", stamped by the Rays of Light background stamp in Daffodil Delight ink.
~ Basic Black card stock at 3x7/8"x5-1/8", Daffodil Delight card stock at 4"x5-1/4".
~  Score the Thick Basic White card stock at 4-1/4"x5-1/2".
~ Stamp the Poppy Parade and Bermuda Bay inks with these two swimsuits from the Sunny Splash stamp set.
~  Adhere these together with each level using Stampin' Dimensional Adhesive (see the Video about what to do with 4-5 levels of Stampin' Dimensional adhesives/thick).
~  Add Sparkle with the Wink of Stella and adhesive backed Rhinestone Jewels.

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now.
