Out of this world Graduation Pocket AND Pop Open StampinUp Card & Custom Envelope

Celebrating the culmination of one major journey... Graduation parties abound. My daughter joins me in creating this 'Out of this World' Graduation card that LITTERALLY Pops Open in an exploding format and with a PERFECT Pocket to fill with money (Every girl loves a good pocket, don't they?!) The Stargazing Suite comes together to WOW (and the BONUS of SAVING when purchasing a suite!!). Created specifically for a friend who's daughter (a friend of my daughter) studied space for her Master's Thesis (we homeschool using Classical Conversations and their Senior year aka Challenge Four) culminates with a year's long Master's Thesis Defense. Create this Out of this world Graduation 👩‍🎓 Pocket & Pop Open StampinUp Card & Custom Envelope Card Making Video Tutorial .

I LOVE a handmade card that embraces the person receiving it!!

Grabbing the Basic Black card stocks - TWO at 4-1/4"x4-1/4".

The Stargazing Designer Series Paper at 8"x8", scoring (see the video) at 4" on two sides to create a cross then diagonal from one corner to another.

~ Stamp the astronaut in Memento Black Ink on our Basic White cardstock and Die-Cut with the coordinating dies.

~ Stamp the Basic White card stock in 4"x4" with the Reach for the Stars greeting.

~ Basic Black card stock at 4"x4", cut diagonally and adhered down with Stampin' Dimensionals.

~ Assemble with our Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.

~ WOW here - The Shield of this helmet should be reflecting the galaxies... so Die-Cutting with the SMALL Circle in this set and it PERFECTLY Fits on the helmet!!

~ Make it SPARKLE with the WINK of Stella Glimmer Brush

(Do the SAME with the Basic Black card stock to create the Tassel on the exterior.)

~ Adhere the 4"x4" of the Stargazing Designer Series Paper to the cap and add the tassel with the Gold Trim and the Die Cut Circle (see the video).

I love how EASY and FUN it as to create the CUSTOM Envelope...

The SPRING is a MINI and PERFECTLY makes the astronaut move about, like being in space!!

Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by.
