I love a few things in life. Cherry Cobbler and Black are one of my favorite color combos! I love the Timeless Portrait paper that was retired last year. The material wasn't retired (yeah!!). I love the Valentines Season, too!
I love seasonal wreaths and celebrating the holidays.
Combine all this love... and I created this Wreath that I LOVE!! (Or should I call is a Wreath of Love?). With a simple cutting of our Timeless Portrait fabric and then simply tying knots and bows. This, too, for the Cherry Cobbler Scalloped Tulle Ribbon from the Holiday Mini, and the retired Basic Black and Cherry Cobbler Striped Grosgrain Ribbon in addition to the Crochet Ribbon.
With the Hearts Collection Framelits that layer so perfectly I used the large scalloped heart in Basic Black for the base with the Big Shot. With the Simply Scored Board and the First Edition Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Scallop Punch I creased these Lollies/Rosettes. The smaller heart in Cherry Cobbler paper centers just perfectly! Adding a dash of warm bling with the Large Adhesive Backed Pearl to the center ties it up.
Note that the four holes were threaded with a retired grosgrain ribbon so that I could tie it on. I did this before using the Hot Glue gun to adhere the Lolly to the hearts.
How can You use the scraps in your life? What would you use to create a wreath?
I hope these scraps of ribbon and fabric inspire you to ring in the love. Go had wad, ring my belllllllll... Ring in some love along with it!
