Funky Secret Garden

Thinking outside of the box is fun and funky... a great way to send love to another!
With our Gumball Green card stock (#126840) for this card base, it lays ground for our Whisper White card stock (#100730) after running it through our Woodgrain Embossing Folder (#127821).  Inspired by the request from one sassy but fun lady, Julie, from my Parks and Rec class and page. 17 in the Spring Mini (that retires at the end of May).
Stamping our Secret Garden flowers with Midnight Muse ink (#126860) on our Print Poetry Designer Series Paper Stack.  With color coordinated mixed patterns, it's sure to be POPS of Color while mixing looks - very trendy!  If you heat set this quickly with our Iridescent Ice embossing powder (#101930) and our Heat Tool/Gun (#129053) the wet ink WILL hold onto the powder long enough to heat set... if you move quickly.
POP these flowers out with the coordinating Secret Garden Framelits (#129372) and our Big Shot (#113439) for a quick crank of 2500 pounds... I love simple machines - lol - leverage and our Big Shot is a fun lesson for kids (like mine!).
 
Wrap it all up with our color coordinated Gumball Green Satin Stitched ribbon (#126848) for a sharp and pulled together look!  This was Carol and Diana's favorite cards... awww, shucks... :~)
The Midnight Muse inked Wacky Wishes Hostess Stamp set (#126410 - soon to Retire!!) on our Summer Starfruit card stock (#126839) is punched out with our Extra Large Oval punch (#119859).  Accent the Happy Birthday and Secret Garden flowers with our Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#119246) for a dash of more bling.
 
This Bold, Bright and Sharp card is a great card for those in your life who like to embrace nature and life, patterns and trend.  Thanks Julie for the Inspiration!

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by. Jamie has a great eye for style and flair, and it shows in her work. Yet she can pick up on your own individual style and makes great recommendations.
