Using the pretty poppy from the Happy Watercolor stamp set and stamping it with Chocolate Chip ink on the Very Vanilla card stock.
Highlight the flower with a White Crayon (I love having kids - lol - the amount of crayons I collect....) This process is hard to see exactly where you highlight but since it's a watercolor project, this is still fun and looks sharp.
Using the Watercolor schmere in Calypso Coral ink and stamp over the blossom. Rub the top of the stamped image to reveal the resist of the White Crayon!!
Shhhh - a secret, just between us?? (lol) I love and use my Color Coach DAILY! From my wardrobe to my crafting projects it travels well (in my purse when shopping - no joke) and helps to combine the coolest of colors that I couldn't imagine using or putting together for a WOW project that is balanced!
Accenting this and highlighting the color recommendations, use the Wild Wasabi ink to stamp the sentiments around the stem - this is a fun abstract highlight to what should be a green stem - lol.
Adding texture and interest to this pretty card is easy (while mimicking the flower) with this *Retiring *Flower Garden embossing folder on the Last Chance List! Run the folder and card stock through the Big Shot for a WOW accent that will not take away from the pretty stamped flower.
I have to admit - this may not be my favorite color but it came together so well!! I adore the stamp set and how this embossing folder highlights the stamped image! Apply the stamped card stock to raise above the embossed image with our Stampin' Dimensional adhesive.
