One Sweet Cookie of a hand-stamped card

Send a hand-stamped card for those who are sweet in your life!  This cute nod to the Oreo cookie in a hand-stamped card is a fun way to deliver smiles that are calorie-fee (te, he, he).  So join me in this fun and easy hand-crafted card that has texture, looks like a cookie and delivers some sweet love.
Create this Cookie Shaped card with:
Num-Num stamp set (wood 134141/clear 134144)
Basic Black card stock (121045)

What a fun and simple card to create, making it extra sweet!  So for our Cookie and Cards Crafternoon (Did YOU Miss Out??  Don't Miss a Class - RSVP for upcoming classes and Join the FUN!) we stamped Card and Cookies (a sweet time was had!!).  This card was a fun nod to our day.  Creating a hand-crafted card that is a nod to the Oreo (or Joe-Joe).
 
Simply using the Basic Black card stock and the Circles framelits on the Magnetic Platform and Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine.  The Circles Collection framelits dies are awesome!!  Here the largest circle is the 5" Scalloped Circle.  Punching two of these will give me the hand-crafted card.
 
Using the next size down of the Circles Collection Framelits to create the creamy center (in Whisper White).  This also gives me a perfect layered look.
Add the creamy-center (aka Whisper White card stock circle die-cut) to the bottom piece of the Scallop Die-Cut 'cookie'.  Taking the Top piece of the Scallop Die-Cut piece and emboss it to create this texture in the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder and Big Shot.  The scallop circle is smaller than the embossing folder.  This is OK!  I simply used this to create the area that I folded back.  Using the Fast Fuse Adhesive (a stronger than most adhesive) to adhere the folded back area to the bottom of the card for a sandwiched hand-crafted card.
 
Stamping this cute sentiment from the Num-Num stamp set using the Silver Encore ink pad (on Sale This Week!!) in the scraps of Basic Black card stock.  The 1-3/8" Circle Punch is the perfect way to pop out a center for this card.  Adhere it (with Stampin' Dimensional adhesive) to the front of the 'cookie' for a logo look that shows you care! 
It's too tempting to NOT take a bite of.. lol.  Using the 2-3/8" Scallop Punch to take a 'bite' from this cute card in one corner (don't bite off the adhesive area that keeps the hand-stamped card together - lol). 
With a cute center that gives you a wonderful area to write a note... you can deliver a sweet card and sentiment that shows you care!
 
Whether you are more traditional with the un-bitten hand-stamped card or the one that show's you just couldn't resist - lol... this card is a calorie-free way to delight and wow!
 
SIDE NOTE... this card is an unusual size - a 5" Circle will not fit into a standard envelope!!  So we had a BLAST with the Back to Black Designer Series Paper and the Envelope Punch Board.  Creating a custom sized envelope with a coordinating and fun 'liner' (our Designer Series Paper is double sided!!).  The Envelope Punch Board creates the coolest envelopes and can do so many sizes!!

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now.
