Thankful for you hand-stamped card

It is Fall in California... I am loving it!  We had another heat wave but today, today it was a long sleeved, jeans and closed toe wearing day - yay!  Here is a pretty Thankful for you hand-stamped card that embraces the holiday with a dash of sparkle!  Created at a recent card making class we had a blast.. join us and you, too, can create some beauty to send into the world.

 I love a versatile stamp set.  One that can cover many seasons and occasions.  Sheltering Tree is a 2-Step Stamping is extra easy using the clear Photopolymer stamps.  Stamping the trunk and branches in Early Espresso ink and then the leaves in the Cajun Craze ink for this fabulous Fall look.  I love the leaves on the ground... and the rake that are in this stamp set.
Add sparkle.. I love that the rich colors of Fall also sparkle in the beautiful Fall sun.  Here the Gold Glimmer punch-art of a sun using the 1-3/4" Scallop Circle Punch on the corner to create this sparkling sun.  Adding sparkle to the leaves with the Gold Glitz Dazzling Details liquid glitter.  The pretty corner punch of the Curvy Corner Punch makes it easy to take your projects up a notch (or three depending on the corners you punch).
Taken today in Newbury Park, Ca.. I love when the fog rolls in.  It's a magical blanket of Fall love, lol.  I love using Instagram to share my passion for taking pictures.. I may not be a professional but I love how my Iphone makes it easy to take pictures of my life and share it with others.

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by.
