When two become one... my cousin's daughter, Amanda, is one of the sweetest women you'll know. She's met her Mr. Right - a man who loves God, her and family. Today I share my gift to my 'niece' of a girl (my cousins are more like my older siblings) and the 200 wedding invitations I created for this soon-to-be married couple. Created in California, mailed to Indiana to be mailed across the USA.. love in the form of a hand crafted card.

For one beautiful couple.

She had the fun idea of TWO Sets of Invitations.. some in Very Vanilla and some in Pink Pirouette card stocks. 100 of each creating a fun variety of cards going to family and friends.
Printing the info on Very Vanilla cardstock to create a beautiful look.
GettingCrafty.net Wedding Invitations, handmade ~ Using our Tufted embossing folder on 4"x 2-1/2" strips of the card stock, emboss this luxurious texture. |
~ Adhere with Stampin' Dimensional Adhesive to the card front (Cut at 5-1/2", Scored at 4-1/8 on each side).
~ With the Detailed Trio Punch, punch the edges catty corner to one another on the wedding info paper, adhering with SNAIL adhesive to the inside of the card.
~ The Take Your Pick Tool makes adhering the Pearl Jewels to the card front with ease in the tufted parts.
~ Tie the Gold Metallic Edged Satin ribbon around the card in a pretty bow*.
TOOL TIP: *Using SNAIL adhesive the ribbon to the back of the card to prevent it from falling once open.
~ TAKE YOUR PROJECT UP a Notch or Three.. Emboss the FLAP of the Very Vanilla envelopes.
~ TECHNIQUE... Using the Aqua Painter (I sent two to my niece) to close the envelope with ease.
SPECIAL GIFT... Cutting the stunning Magnolia Designer Series Paper and die-cutting with the Mini Curvy Keepsake Box into little boxes they can use at the wedding or showers.. I added this little dash of love for them as an additional gift from me. I can't wait to see how they use it.

Creating the custom invitations was more time consuming that I realized.. I loved taking time to place each pearl in a Tufted embossed spot, to tying each bow for a pretty lay-out. Creating her a bonus of the Mini Curvy Keepsake Boxes in the Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper should be a fun surprise for her. This timeless, elegant paper really blows my mind!
I love how he loves my girl... these two have grown close to the Lord and each other - nothing is better than that! My princess has found her prince!
Elegant, classic beauty - tied with a bow....
my beautiful girl perfectly described!
