Create the Pop Up Easy Vintage Stampin’ Up! Sweet Gingerbread Christmas Card Handmade Card  Video Tutorial.

I hope that you enjoyed this Video

Could it really get ANY Sweeter??
Adding Gumdrops and these little curly cues...
It is REALLY a Sweet Christmas!
Soft, non-traditional colors and stunning Designer Series Paper (Not a Christmas design!) combine for this Vintage Hand Crafted Card!
I just LOVE how it POPS Open!
All wrapped up tight... this Bundle saves you 10% while coordinated crafting and this fence y'all!  I adore the lacy fence and little Gingerbread house!
How to Create it:
~  8.5"x8.5" Crumb Cake card stock scored at 4-1/4" on each side.
~  Score diagonally across one corner to corner (see the video tutorial).
~  Card stock at 4"x4" Petal Pink (you'll need 5 of them for each of these)
~  Designer Series Paper (this Vintage Abigail Rose is sooo stunning for this!) 2 of the Pink Stripe and One of the Log sheets at 3-3/4" square.
~  Two Very Vanilla card stock at 3-3/4"square.

~ With the Sponge Dauber in Crumb Cake card stock, daubing the edge of each layer.
~  Die Cut the Gingerbread house and fence from Very Vanilla with these coordinating Gingerbread Houses dies and the trees from the Mint Macaron card stocks and the scalloped roof from Early Espresso ink.
~  Using the Die-Cut to create a template for the Stamparatus - you could stamp 100 of these with ease.  The Petal Pink house, So Saffron windows and Crumb Cake door.  (See the videos on how I do this.).
~  Stamping the corner scroll with Early Espresso for the CUTEST little accent, the gumballs in Mint Macaron and Petal Pink and the greeting in Crumb Cake inks.
~ CUT two of the Petal Pink and the Designer Series Paper diagonally for the seam.
Bending IN the diagonal and make a firm impression with the Bone Folder.  THEN fold the horizontal and portrait out.  REALLY do a thorough impression on all of the folds, including when the diagonals are tucked in.

**Tool Tip:  Using the Stamparatus, inking and stamping the image several times to create a solid image, especially when using the textured watercolor paper.
~  Create a Mask out of a larger sticky note.
~  Using our Watercolor Pencils collection (there are TWO and you NEED both lol - but this is the larger first collection) in Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay, Pacific Point and Rich Razzelberry.
~  Blend the colors with our Aqua Painter (see the Video Tutorial on this).
~  Accent with our Clear Wink of Stella glimmer brush.
~  Adhere over Daffodil Delight card stock (3-3/4
x5") with SNAIL adhesive and adhere to the Silver Foil Note Card front.

~  Create this rounded umbrella with our Take Your Pick Tool and Stampin' Pierce Mat (see the video for how-to).
~ Apply this with the Stampin' Dimensional adhesive over the couple - it's larger than the stamped umbrella.

What Others are SAYING about Getting Crafty with Jamie

Jamie is so passionate and creative about making cards - and wants everyone else to join her in the fun! She is so encouraging and positive in her attitude, helping me along when I get frustrated - and then rejoicing with me at the finished product! I love going to her classes to get new ideas, learn techniques, and have loads of fun in the process. ~ Christine C.

Jamie has wicked awesome classes! If you don’t like a particular stamp or paper/ink color Jamie wants you to change it to suit your style! I did my sister-in-law’s entire bridal shower from invitations/thank you cards, party favors to decorations, it was quaint and whimsical! Everyone ooh’d and ahh’d! I’ve had lots of special requests for classes and Jamie delivers; she always has tasty treats and flavored coffees too ~Ashley W.

I have been attending Jamie's classes for over a year. Her ideas for cards are fresh and fun. She always tries to have several different styles of cards available, so everyone gets to make cards that fit their personal style. The techniques she shows each class can be used in many different applications. She is very patient teacher when instructing class members on how to use the Stampin Up products. ~ Carol D.

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by. She is a beautiful friend and she will become yours too. ~ Blessings, Karen:-)

Jamie has a great eye for style and flair, and it shows in her work. Yet she can pick up on your own individual style and makes great recommendations. I love that she is always flexible for last-minute decision maker mommies like me! So much fun to host craft events with your friends and family - that personal touch always means so much. ~ Adonna
