Pennant Daddy




Happy Father's Day.... Daddy!!
My son asked me if we could create a gift for Daddy... we created a couple of great cards..
So I pulled out my Big Shot (#113439) (let's be honest here - it's always out and almost always has it's twin near by - lol).  The Perfect Pennants Bigz L Die (#123126)creates a perfect - long lasting - gift!
 
I'm posting this the day before Father's Day... so shhhhhh - he doesn't have a clue -
I'll decorate early in the morning...
until then, I hope YOU enjoy the view!
This Retired Designer Series Paper is actually a packet that he liked and would rave about when I used... so I wanted to use it for HIS Banner!!
 
Green is his favorite color is Green and this International Bazaar paper has a bold pattern!

The Typeset Alphabet Bigz (#127553) Dies are essential when crafting as you can spell anything out!
I miss my own Daddy on days like these and yes, I did call him Daddy until the day he died and after.
 
The Silver Glimmer Paper (#124005) really adds a fun element to this Pennant Banner - every Daddy should have a sparkling banner - lol.
The Whisper White Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon (#126877) is strong enough to hold it up and together.. much like a good Daddy's arms!
 
Our home is Father's Day weekend and tomorrow I'll be off-line.  I hope that YOU have a wonderful weekend and have someone in YOUR life to celebrate!

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by. Jamie has a great eye for style and flair, and it shows in her work. Yet she can pick up on your own individual style and makes great recommendations.
