Finding a reason to celebrate those around you is easy - from a promotion, to a birthday, a graduation, an award, etc - so having a collection of celebration for multiple uses in your box/drawer of hand-crafted cards is a great idea!  This cute, bright and gold accented hand-stamped card can be used for so many reasons and will surely make people feel special!  Join Me in blessing others with hand-crated cards this year, a card is like a hug in paper!

Start by embossing the Crushed Curry card stock with the Decorative Dots embossing folder on the Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine.

Using the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine to die-cut the 'you' from the Hello You Thinlits*.  Cutting the word 'You' out of a 2" strip of the Gold Foil - no waste and easy to do**!  Using the Paper Piercing Tool to push through the holes on the flat edge - don't pierce through but just push it out of the thinlit track.

*A secret is using Wax Paper or Dryer Sheets between the thinlit and the paper - this will allow for easier removal of the die-cut word/image.  (Save those dryer sheets y'all!)

**Save the piece of Gold Foil that you die-cut the word from and the scraps of the die-cut in an envelope - we will use this for a project and not have ANY Waste!  BAM!! - Love that!!  The Crazy about You rubber stamp set is designed to coordinate for a ba-gillion (a word my kids and I use - lol) sayings!  It also comes in three options - you can now have the stamps in the format that makes YOU Happy!!

Apply the Gold Foil die-cut 'you' and the Gold sequins from the Gold Sequin Trim using the Crystal Effects liquid lacquer - less is more but it's a strong liquid adhesive that dries clear (and will hold even on the textured Crushed Curry Decorative Dots embossed sheet).

The stunning and colorful Birthday Bash Specialty Designer Series Paper has flecks of gold foil in the packet - eeeeeeee!!  I love it - the center punched has the gold confetti mixed in for a great accent.

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now.
