You can say that I love the dramatic.. so creating a little drama in a fun but easy hand-stamped card is no-drama (lol) using the new Chalkboard Paper for a dark, matte, almost velvet accent to this birthday hand-stamped card.  Take the look of Chalkboard to a new and elegant look - see how with this easy hand-crafted card.

I love the deep, matte and almost velvet look to our Chalkboard Paper!  We sell fun and easy to use Chalk Ink Pads but for a touch of the dramatic I used the Gold Encore metallic ink pad.  Take a two inch strip of the Chalkboard Paper and stamp this FREE Sale~A~Bration (for a Limited Time) Big Day stamp set.  Punch the top of the piece using the Scallop Tag Topper Punch.

Layer it over the metallic gold accented Birthday Bash Specialty Designer Series paper (it's 'specialty' due to the foil accents on some of the pages).  No drama and little effort to create a dramatic look that is on-trend (from the metallic gold accents to the look of chalkboard).

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by.
