Shine like the moon

Celebrate the little things or the once in a lifetime (ish) things!  Creating a fun handmade card in honor of our Total Eclipse of the Sun was so much fun and easy!  Sending this to my Gettin' Crafty Stampin' Stampers as my gift to them for their support was even better (see this cool changing Sun Eclipse stamp from the USPS).

I love a fun and easy handmade card that celebrates life - even something like an Eclipse of the Sun lol.
~  Using a 1-1/2" strip of white card stock thread one end into the Pretty Labels punch to create a side with style like this.
~  Stamp your greeting from the High Tide stamp set in Night of Navy ink.
~  Punch a 2" Circle in the Dazzling Diamonds iridescent Glimmer Paper.
~  Emboss the Oh My Stars embossing folder on the Night of Navy card stock in our Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine.
~  Cover the surface in Clear Wink of Stella liquid glitter.
~  Adhere the punched saying with our Stampin' Dimensional adhesive over the Night of Navy card stock.
~  Layer over the Thick Whisper White cardstock.

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie has a great eye for style and flair, and it shows in her work. Yet she can pick up on your own individual style and makes great recommendations.
