Grateful for You (and Remarkable Flowers) handmade card

Some of my very favorite things.. coffee, cards, color, card making.. all on one fabulous day.  Created at our recent Coffee and Cards (at Ragamuffin Coffee Roasters on Wednesdays) this uber colorful card is also clean and elegant.  With simple water-coloring, a dash of sparkle.. all who came, even those who just watched us create while they enjoyed their coffee, had fun.  Join us at our many in-person and online crafting classes waiting for you!  I hope you enjoy this Video Tutorial and simple technique to take your color to WOW.

~  Stamp the *Remarkable You stamp set in the Black Archival ink pad on Whisper White card stock (5" x 3-3/4") with *Black Archival ink pad.
~  Add a bright shadow to intensify the colors with Aqua Painters and Daffodil Delight ink around the stamped flower.
~  Adding Daffodil Delight to the inside of the flower for a great level of dimension.
~  Water color the *Tangerine Tango ink in the blossom.
~  Old Olive to the leaf and stem.
~  Add Sparkle with our Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to wow.
~  Layer over *Tangerine Tango (5-1/4" x 4") card stock with Stampin' Dimensional adhesive.
~  Apply to the front of the Thick Whisper White card stock with Stampin' Dimensional adhesive.

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by. Jamie has a great eye for style and flair, and it shows in her work. Yet she can pick up on your own individual style and makes great recommendations.
