Who doesn't LOVE a fun and WOW Technique, using a simple Tool in a new and FABULOUS way?!?!
They will fit in a standard envelope with a little extra room to spare. I think that a unconventional card size is a fun way to stand out. This is also reminds me of the square and size of Valentine's that I gave out as a child.
~ Score the 4-1/4"x8-1/2" Smoky Slate card stock at 4-1/4".
~ Blushing Bride at 4"x4"
~ Basic White card stock at 3-3/4"x3-3/4"
~ Punch a heart with the Heart Punch Pack in a sticky note.
~ Using the Blending Brush with the Blushing Bride ink to create this soft, blush heart.
~ Stamp the Smoky Slate ink owl on the Basic White card stock, then with Basic Grey ink on a Silicone Craft Sheet.
~ Flip this Silicone Craft Sheet and using a clear block to push the color down.
~ With the Water Painters, color in the eyes in Balmy Blue, Pear Pizzazz, the beak and feet with the So Saffron and the Blushing Bride for a blush and the mouth.
~ Add sparkle to the eyes and beak with the Wink of Stella glimmer brush.
~ Fussy Cut with our Paper Snips for this sweet pair of love birds.
~ Tie a bow of the Grey Granite Satin Ribbon.
~ Adhere with Mini Glue Dots, and Stampin' Dimensionals.
They are the CUTEST Pair for today's Backwards Day, aren't they??
