Elegant Spring Happy Birthday card

Send an elegant and rich looking hand-crafted card to celebrate a special someone's birthday!  At our recent Gold class we had a blast creating lovely gold accented hand-stamped cards that delivered a WOW (did YOU miss out - see what is coming NEXT and Join us!!).  This tone on tone embossed card has lovely gold accents that combine to deliver an elegant greeting.
Create this elegant hand-stamped birthday card with:

This card is fun to create - with 4 different levels of gold on top of Very Vanilla two ways - it's a dynamic card.  Start with our 3-3/4"x 5" piece of Very Vanilla card stock and emboss it in the Spring Flowers embossing folder using the Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine.  (The Very Vanilla on top of Very Vanilla looks so regal, doesn't it?)

Add a subtle gilded look using the Sponge Dauber in the Gold Encore Metallic ink pad and rubbing the raised images.  This causes additional dimension, too!  Wrap the Venetian Crochet Trim and Gold 1/8" Metallic Ribbon around the front of this embossed paper.
Using the Hello You thinlits on the Gold Foil, Big Shot Magnetic Platform and Die-Cutting Machine to create this metallic 'Happy'.  Layer this die-cut Happy over the ribbon using the Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755).

Rub a spare piece of Very Vanilla card stock with the Embossing Buddy.  Stamp this Birthday greeting from the Crazy About You stamp set and Versa Mark ink pad.  Cover and shake off the excess Gold Embossing Powder.  Heat set using the Heat Tool for a raised and elegant birthday.  Punch using the Modern Label Punch and apply it with Stampin' Dimensionals adhesive (104430) for depth and hold against the embossed background.

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone.
