Sparkling celebrations hand-stamped card

Celebrate life, together.  At a recent card making class I gave out a fun bit of 'homework' to my students.  They were to pick out some cards that interested them from our Idea Book & Catalog.  This was a spin on a card that was picked and was a hit at the card making class.  Join us, create and connect with others while we have fun making cards.

Send your wishes soaring and sparkling with this fun and easy handcrafted card.  I love how the Gold Glimmer paper lends the Crumb Cake stamped balloon to look gold.

 Create this soaring wish by:
~ Stamp your balloon in Crumb Cake ink on the Whisper White card stock.  Punch the balloon out with the Balloon Bouquet punch.
~ Stamp the 'let us celebrate' sentiment in a string and bow with the Black Archival ink pad on the pretty patterned Serene Scenes Designer Series Paper.
~ Layer the Gold Glimmer Paper on the Basic Black card stock.  Adhere the layers of Island Indigo card stock and Serene Scenes Designer Series Paper.  Pop the punched balloon over the stamped saying with a Stampin' Dimensional adhesive.

If I looked up the word sparkle in the dictionary, I would find Jamie Albanese picture there. I have had the sweet blessing of knowing Jamie and her family for over 5 years now. Every time I am with her I feel loved and inspired. When I am in one of her classes I feel my creative juices flow, as she encourages me to go outside my comfort zone. Jamie helped our girl scout troop make cards for a soldier who needed some encouragement!!! For any of you who have not been in one of Jamie's classes, please don't let another day slip by. Jamie has a great eye for style and flair, and it shows in her work. Yet she can pick up on your own individual style and makes great recommendations.
